A great daily routine for keeping your immune system tuned up begins with simply hanging your right hand over your left shoulder so that your fingertips are contacting the space between the top of your shoulder blade and your spine (it may be a bit sore, which is a sign it needs your attention). This is the #3 point named "Door Swinging Open To Release and Receive". I like to intend as I hold this point through this sequence, that I'm releasing all the accumulations I have picked up during the day, and that I'm filling every cell with brand new healthy vital energy. Breathing with awareness while imagining this magnifies the benefits and feels wonderful.
While you hold the 3 with your right hand, you place the pad of your left thumb over the nail of your left index finger. (hold for 2-3 minutes) Then move to your left middle finger, with the thumb pad over the nail. (hold) Move on to the left ring finger with the thumb pad over the nail (hold) and finish with the left thumb pad over the left pinkie nail. (hold) Next switch to hang your left hand over your right shoulder and go through the positions of the right thumb and each of your fingers. Congratulations! You have just completed the self-help #3 Flow.
